Clement Calleja, the Brand Ambassador of Billecart-Salmon will be here to introduce this wonderful Champagne House from Mareuil-sur-Ay, near Epernay. Billecart Salmon was founded in 1818 and century after century, harvest after harvest, for seven generations, this house preservers the best of ancestral traditions carefully combined with modern technology. They produce champagnes with harmony and balance, romance, delicacy and elegance, purity, and richness. Sommelier Christian and Chef Ryan are preparing a fantastic menu with these fabulous wines. The inn will be serving a welcoming, Mimosa and Bloody Mary each Sunday with our Farm to Table Sunday Brunch. The Brunch cost is $48 per person. The brunch menu created by Executive Chef Ryan Ratino features the fresh and best of the seasons. Local farms and produce from our garden, and fruit from our orchards will be featured on this farm to table menu. This is the best brunch in the Valley and not to be missed.
