Hopping down the bunny trail to La Table Provencale

Announcing our New Sunday Brunch, Served each Sunday from 11:30-2:30

Hop over the mountain and enjoy the beautiful Shenandoah Valley at La Table Provencale restaurant each Sunday for our new Sunday Brunch. The inn will be serving a welcoming, Mimosa and Bloody Mary  each Sunday with our Farm to Table Sunday Brunch. The Brunch cost is $48 per person. The brunch menu created by Executive Chef Joseph Watters features the fresh and best of the seasons. Local farms and produce from our garden, and fruit from our orchards will be featured on this farm to table menu.   This is the best brunch in the Valley and not to be missed.  We will serve al fresco in season on our lovely terrace.

Glen Manor Vineyards Dinner on July 25th, 2014 from 6:00 – 9:00

Summer at L’Auberge Provencale is a breathtaking sight. Nestled in the Shenandoah Valley, the inn is surrounded by a mountainous horizon that boasts the beauty of Virginia. Come over and indulge in Virginia’s gifts by joining us for our Glen Manor Vineyards Dinner  The inn will be accompanied by award winning winery owner and close neighbor, Jeff White, to host a night of wine paired with a seasonal menu by Chef Joseph Watters. The dinner cost will be $125 per person.

Farm Fresh Produce

Farm to Table Wine Dinner, Sunday, August 17th from 1:00-5:00

Join Chef Joseph Watters, Sommelier Christian Borel and the staff of L’Auberge Provencale, as we celebrate the best of the summer season, straight from our orchards and gardens.  This event will feature the bounty of our organic garden paired with organic wines and will highlight products from our region, from the Chesapeake Bay to the Blue Ridge Mountains.

This unique event will showcase our region’s farming tradition with a multi-course dinner prepared by our team of chef’s.  Whether you like to call it farm to table, or farm to fork, all these terms mean one thing..the freshest and best!  The afternoon will be Al Fresco if the weather co-operates, so dress casually to enjoy an afternoon of great food and great friends.

Our wine dinner afternoons prove to be a popular events and seating is limited.  125.00 per person.  Service and tax non compris.

From the Land Down Under Wine Dinner, September 28, 2014, 1:00-5:00

Eric Platt ,from Pacific Prime Wines, will be on hand to showcase the outstanding wines from New Zealand’s leading family estates, imported by Pacific Prime.  With their outstanding expressions of regional terroir, sustainable vineyard management and traditional wine making techniques these wineries embody the best of New Zealand Wine.

We will be tasting wines from each of the major wine regions, Central Otago, Marlborough, Nelson and Hawke’s Bay paired with seasonal cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Joseph Watters. Sommelier Christian Borel and Eric Platt will be on hand to explain the choices and pairings. Customers are proclaiming these wine dinners as the best in the region.  Grab some friends, hop over the mountain and join us for a glorious Autumn afternoon of fine food, fine wine, and great conversation.
